Seomyeon Medical Tower has a small basement car park (limited; arrive early). Alternatively, Lotte Department Store Car Park (200m) validates for medical visitors with the clinic stamp on your parking ticket. Street parking is very limited and not recommended. Most foreign patients use metro or taxi.
Seomyeon is Busan's central commercial hub — not a tourist district and not a remote medical suburb. This means: pharmacies open until 10PM, restaurants with soft Korean food on every block, ATMs and money changers within 2 minutes, major hotel brands at competitive prices, and direct metro connection to Gimhae Airport. For foreign patients staying 3–14 days for recovery, this infrastructure matters more than it seems in advance planning.
